One (1) dog or cat is allowed per apartment up to thirty (30) pounds. Two (2) pets are allowed if combined weight equals thirty (30) pounds, and they must be spayed or neutered. A one-time, non-refundable deposit of $500 will be paid at the move-in, and an additional $50 pet fee will be charged monthly with rent.
